We are excited to welcome other EmojiFi projects to collaborate with us. These partnerships aim to foster growth, enhance visibility, and expand the presence of EmojiFi tokens within our ecosystem. Below are the conditions for participation and the mutual benefits this collaboration offers.

Participation Conditions

1. Token Contribution for User Rewards

   • The partner project must contribute 100 USD in its native token to fund rewards for users within our platform.

2. Joint Marketing Campaign

   • Both projects will collaborate on a joint marketing campaign to promote the partnership and enhance visibility for both parties.

3. Reposting the Partnership Announcement

   • The partner project will repost the official partnership announcement on their social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Agreement Duration

   • The initial agreement will have a duration of three months.

5. Active Development Requirement

   • The partner project must remain active in its development to maintain the partnership.

   • If the project shows prolonged inactivity, it may be replaced by another EmojiFi project within the platform.

Rights Granted to Partner Projects

1. Inclusion in the Roulette and Other Games

   • The partner project will be included as part of our roulette or other gaming features available on the platform.

2. Prize Payout in Native Token

   • Users will have the option to receive rewards in the partner’s token, providing added utility for their community.

3. Project Information Link

   • A link to the partner project’s information will be provided on the platform, offering exposure and direct access to their community.

4. Exclusive Access to Platform Features

   • Partners will have exclusive access to certain features and updates of the platform as they become available.

5. Free First Subscription

   • The first subscription to our platform will be offered free of charge.

   • However, future subscriptions may incur a fee, depending on the platform's needs and growth.
